Villa Kraft - Bad Gastein (Austria)

A PARADISE AMONGS THE ALPS

Villa Kraft is the new name of the centenary "Haus Lindebner" and is located in Badbruck, a district of Bad Gastein in Austria nicknamed the Monte Carlo of the Alps, a magical place between breathtaking views, thermal waters and places steeped in history. The house, consisting of a ground floor and three floors, has been transformed and divided into 4 completely independent apartments equipped with all comforts. On the ground floor there are the common areas, the eat-in kitchen, the living room and the games room, while the lower floor is accessed through the garden, where the "skiraum" (ski storage) and saunas are located. The careful restyling has kept the external appearance and structure of the house intact, while giving the interiors a clean and modern touch but absolutely relaxing and comfy

COMFY STYLE

Pastel colors are perfectly mixed to the various shades of wood: that darker of the stairs and railings typical of mountain huts, the lighter one of the floors and the amber one of the many furnishings of the 1920s that have been recovered and restored. There are many references to the mountain but never heavy, often contaminated by the industrial style especially for the lamps

BRASS BROTHERS & CO FOR A TOUCH OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

The Wormhole line by Brass Brothers & Co. in its declinations, floor lamp and applique, gives that touch of vintage and contemporary to the staircase and the common area, while the spotlights of the Satellite line were used in the living rooms of the apartments. The choice of colors of the lampshades ranges from mud to classic black with gold leaf interior, the finish chosen for the the structure of the lamps is natural brass, while the base for the Wormhole 02 floor lamp is in black Marquinia marble
