Designed by architect and designer Graziana Calabrese, the villa represents a refined vision of Quiet Luxury, where every element, from furnishings to accessories, has been carefully selected to create an atmosphere of sophisticated discretion. The residence stands out for the use of natural materials and artisanal details, paying homage to the beauty of the Apulian tradition.
DISCREET LUXURY AND CONNECTION WITH THE TERRITORY
The villa, which extends over an area of 600m2, offers an exclusive and tailor-made living experience in a perfect balance between modern comfort and artisanal warmth. The decorative details, created by the Florentine Bronzetto workshop, reflect the culture and history of Puglia, with custom-made elements that recall the earth, such as the brass handles inspired by local fruits and plants and the sculptural burnished brass appliques that decorate the living room.

This project, which hosted the United Arab Emirates delegation during the G7, embodies the idea of discreet luxury proposed by the Calabrian architect. Her vision materializes in spaces that do not show off, but convey a deep connection with the territory and a timeless beauty. Through the use of fine materials, natural finishes and close collaboration with the master craftsmen of Bronzetto, the villa becomes a refuge of intimate elegance, a place where every detail tells a story of tradition, culture and craftsmanship.
