Il Bronzetto is led by five partners, each with clearly defined strategic roles, working together to ensure the company's growth and success. Francesca manages business development, marketing, and the commercial area; Pierfrancesco is in charge of procurement and inventory management; Michelangelo oversees the technical department and supervises the execution of special projects; Massimo is responsible for production and the planning of manufacturing activities; Simone, in addition to being the company's legal representative, leads product development and the creation of new collections. This team of highly qualified partners ensures competent and dynamic management of every aspect of the company.

SIMONE

GENERAL MANAGER

As the legal representative and product developer, Simone handles contract management and relationships with external consultants and banks. With a brilliant and creative approach, he ensures that the company is always ready to face the challenges of the global market, closely monitoring its trends and striving to anticipate them. Thanks to his vision and deep knowledge of the bronze craftsmanship and the target market, he is also responsible for deciding on new collections and product developments.

PIERFRANCESCO

PRODUCTION CHAIN MANAGER

Pierfrancesco is the go-to person for everything related to procurement and inventory management at Il Bronzetto. He knows the company’s material assets inside out: molds, models, components, and semi-finished products. He analyzes production needs, ensures the warehouse is always well-organized and stocked, and prepares materials for production.
His role is crucial in maintaining an efficient supply chain, also overseeing the inspection of incoming goods and managing storage spaces.

MICHELANGELO

SPECIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Michelangelo is the technical coordinator at Il Bronzetto, responsible for analyzing project feasibility and translating client ideas into technical designs. He oversees the cost estimation for custom products and provides technical consulting and management to clients, ensuring that every project is achievable down to the finest details. He supervises the use of the CNC machine and guarantees that each product is crafted to the highest quality standards. Thanks to his innovative approach, Michelangelo always finds the right solution for any requirement.

MASSIMO

 

PROJECT MANAGER

Massimo is in charge of production, ensuring that the production flow is smooth and well-organized. He plans activities, coordinates the workshop team, and supervises external processes. Thanks to his experience, he guarantees that every phase of the production process is handled with precision and punctuality.

ARIANNA 

 TECHNICAL OFFICE

Arianna is part of our technical office and focuses on translating client requests into visual solutions that meet their needs, with a strong emphasis on design and aesthetic details. Using a graphic tablet for modeling, Arianna works creatively on the projects assigned to her, ensuring that the final result aligns with the client's expectations, while always maintaining a keen eye on the aesthetic quality of the graphic presentation.

GIOELE

 TECHNICAL OFFICE

Gioele is part of our technical office, where he combines his background in computer science with a deep passion for materials. As a precise technical designer, he proposes effective and innovative production solutions through his drawings. What excites him the most is seeing projects come to life, transitioning from the digital world to the tangible, making every creation a reality.

GIANNI

CREATION & PRODUCTION

Gianni is in charge of finishes, a field that demands precision and a deep understanding of materials and techniques. When it comes to brass surface treatments, Gianni meticulously handles the accurate dosing of various ingredients and the application techniques, giving the brass the desired finish requested by the client, ensuring both its beauty and long-lasting durability.

MIRKO

CREATION & PRODUCTION

Mirko is a highly skilled bronze artisan with an innate ability to transform brass into works of art. His sensitivity to this material is unique: with his expert eye, he captures every nuance and enhances each piece. A master engraver, he is one of the few guardians of the secret of French gold, a rare and precious technique that further enriches his work.

MAURIZIO

CREATION & PRODUCTION

Maurizio is one of the few artisans who still master the art of manual turning, a skill that is becoming increasingly rare, but one he continues to practice with expertise and precision. Today, Maurizio is taking on a new challenge: embracing CNC technology, blending tradition with innovation. In a field where turners are becoming harder to find, Maurizio represents a perfect balance between the past and the future.

SAMOUIL

CREATION & PRODUCTION

With a life journey that took him from his artisan workshop in Syria to our workshop in Italy, Samouil has an innate passion for craftsmanship executed to perfection. With years of experience as a goldsmith, he is used to overseeing every project from A to Z, meticulously attending to every detail with the precision and love for the craft that only an artisan can possess. His dedication shines through in every piece he touches, turning each challenge into an opportunity to create something truly unique.

DAVID

 

CREATION & PRODUCTION

David specializes in working with iron in our workshop, a material that complements brass in various production processes. His work is primarily done at the flame, where he shapes and welds iron, which is used both to create internal structures and to craft finished objects. Whether handling structural elements or final products, David expertly manages this versatile material.

ROBERTO

CREATION & PRODUCTION

Roberto is our expert in creating first prototypes and unique pieces, with the technical precision that allows him to craft prototypes that define the quality and essence of every product. Patient and detail-oriented, he is the person we rely on to solve complex problems and refine project details. His meticulousness and advanced technical skills ensure that every idea takes shape with care and precision.

ROMINA

CREATION & PRODUCTION

Romina handles the final stage of production: assembly and electrical installation. Thanks to her extensive experience and the speed at which she works, every product passes through her hands to be electrified and prepared for delivery. Her precise and meticulous work ensures that each creation is fully functional and perfectly finished by the time it reaches the customer.

ELISA

WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERIES

Elisa manages logistics from A to Z: she receives, sorts, codes, and organizes the goods, ensuring material compliance. She makes sure our warehouse is always stocked, guaranteeing the availability of materials needed for production. Since our production is made in Florence, she works closely with local suppliers, acting as a bridge between Il Bronzetto and external partners, ensuring that deliveries are always on time.

FRANCESCA

MARKETING & SALES MANAGER

Francesca is responsible for business development and marketing. She analyzes the market, identifies target audiences and competitors, and defines sales and communication strategies. She coordinates participation in trade shows and manages orders, quotes, and post-sales support. Her attention to detail ensures timely management of client relationships and delivery planning. Additionally, thanks to her experience and management skills, she oversees the company’s organization and human resources, structuring departments, studying workflow processes, and optimizing them, all with the goal of achieving continuous growth for the company.

IRENE

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Irene works behind the scenes at Il Bronzetto, managing administration with precision and calm. She keeps the finances in order, and thanks to her financial planning, she ensures stability and peace of mind for the entire company. With patience and expertise, she handles everything related to payment terms, accounting, legal, and bureaucratic matters, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Her discreet yet essential presence brings tranquility and security every day.

VITTORIA

CUSTOMER CARE AND SHIPPINGS

Vittoria is the welcoming face that greets everyone at Il Bronzetto, serving as the main point of contact for anyone who interacts with us, whether they are visitors to our showroom or online inquiries. Her experience allows her to manage requests with confidence and expertise, handling customer care and post-sales activities. In her role overseeing shipments, she carefully tracks products step by step, ensuring they travel in the safest and fastest way possible.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

Letizia handles the digital sector at Il Bronzetto. After starting as an intern, she became a team member and continues to develop her skills in digital communication. Her main role is to create strategic solutions that enhance our online presence and integrate with other areas of the company, such as sales and customer care, contributing to a smoother and more connected management.

MADDALENA

PURCHASE DEPARTMENT 

Maddalena manages the purchasing department at Il Bronzetto. Leveraging her deep knowledge of materials, she identifies the best suppliers for each project, ensuring the quality that defines us. By continuously monitoring the procurement process, she ensures that every material arrives on time and meets the required standards.
