Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return the item within 14 days upon the receipt of it. We do not charge any restocking fees. The return process is easy: just pack the product back in its original packaging and shortly contact our customer service customercare@ilbronzetto.com and we will guide and assist you step by step.
Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized in finish, colour, size etc.
The return shipping cost and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
You will contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning.
Once the products reach our workshop and are confirmed to be in the same status they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What if your order arrives damaged?
It is very important you inspect your order upon arrival and make a note on the delivery slip of any damage to the exterior of the shipment or the contents of the shipment. If you are unable to inspect the contents of the shipment at time of delivery, please mark "Damaged - Further Inspection Pending" on the delivery slip and notify us at customercare@ilbronzetto.com within 2 days of any damage, accompanying the report with pictures of the damage/s.
In the very rare situation where your order would arrive damaged, Il Bronzetto will replace the item or, in the event a replacement is not available, issue a full refund. We do kindly ask that you inspect all shipments with 5 business days of arriving. All damages must be reported with pictures to customercare@ilbronzetto.com within 5 business days in order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
If an item is found damaged, please retain all packaging until our shipper can collect the items.
