Bronzetto X Karolina Rochmann – “Sea Flow”: a story of craftsmanship and vision

In this new chapter of Bronzetto X, our series dedicated to celebrating collaborations between our atelier and the world of design, we head north to Gdynia, Poland, to discover “Sea Flow”, a refined and intimate private residence signed by Il Capolavoro – Rochman Drohomirecki Architekci.

At the heart of the project, architect Karolina Rochman-Drohomirecka guides us through a space where materials meet philosophy, and every detail speaks of a delicate balance between opposites.

A choice of shared values

Karolina’s decision to work with Bronzetto was no coincidence. “Bronzetto embodies the same values that guide us in our design work: truth and craftsmanship. Respect for tradition and culture leads us forward into the future.”
Just like every piece in our collections is shaped by skilled hands and thoughtful design, Il Capolavoro’s work is rooted in artistic, cultural, and human sensibility.

A poetic concept inspired by the sea

“Sea Flow” is more than a name — it’s a manifesto. Inspired by the ancient belief that “the world is a sea”, a thought attributed to Saint Hippolytus, the project plays with contrast to deliver a space in motion. Light and dark, chaos and order, softness and sharpness: each room becomes a world of creative tension resolved through the beauty of craftsmanship.

As Karolina explains, “Each room tells a story of tension and balance: marble in the bathroom meets playful wallpaper; colorful parrots in the bedroom warn against excess; patterned tiles and vibrant textiles create a dialogue of artistic chaos. And yet, from this vibrant disorder emerges a striking sense of order.”

Objects that speak

At the center of this story, our brass knobs become poetic and functional elements. A shell, a hand, and a snake: three symbolic shapes, rich in history, myth, and emotion. For Karolina, the choice was both strategic and instinctive: “Bronzetto’s unique pieces — crafted with care and respect for tradition — help us design interiors that feel authentic, timeless, and culturally resonant.

The client’s delight

The result was a resounding success. The client was thrilled with the final outcome: “Each detail added depth and character. The interior truly felt custom-made and meaningful.” Proof that when craftsmanship meets design, the outcome is powerful and lasting.

A home for artistic souls (and brave sailors)

“Sea Flow” is a home for those who embrace change, who appreciate contrast, who seek meaning beyond form. It’s a space for artistic souls and brave sailors — as Karolina beautifully puts it — “because those who navigate the waves know what it means to touch the divine.”
