Young talent meets craftsmanship: the collaboration between Bronzetto and Design Campus

Bringing together artisanal expertise and fresh innovation—this is the philosophy behind the collaboration between Il Bronzetto and Design Campus Florence. This project opens the doors of our workshop to young designers, giving them the opportunity to turn ideas into reality.

From the fusion of tradition and contemporary vision, two distinct lighting collections were born, both defined by meticulous craftsmanship and material research: Perpetua, designed by Valeria Giuva, and Canneté, created by Angelo Mammoliti.

Perpetua: light in constant motion

Water is movement, fluidity, and harmony. Perpetua draws inspiration from this natural element, translating its flowing essence into the pure and universal shape of a droplet.

Designed by Valeria Giuva, a student at Design Campus Florence, Perpetua is a lighting collection that highlights the contrast between hand-blown glass and handcrafted brass. Each version of the collection reflects a different aspect of water:

  • Smooth → Pure and minimalist, ideal for contemporary interiors.
  • Embossed → Featuring delicate textures reminiscent of the ripples created by a falling raindrop.
  • Hammered → With an irregular, raw surface that evokes water’s untamed nature.

Perpetua is available in multiple variations—floor lamps, table lamps, single or multi-pendant lights—offering endless possibilities for customization. A tribute to the beauty of nature, striking the perfect balance between design and craftsmanship​

Canneté: the rhythm of light

If Perpetua captures the fluidity of water, Canneté is all about geometry and rhythm.

Designed by Angelo Mammoliti, also a student at Design Campus Florence, this collection reinterprets the vertical elegance of organ pipes into a luminous structure where brass and fluted glass alternate in perfect harmony.

The result is a sophisticated light diffusion that creates a warm and enveloping atmosphere. The collection includes:

  • Table lamps → Compact and rechargeable, perfect for bistros and intimate spaces.
  • Floor lamps → Featuring light beams at different heights for a striking visual effect.
  • Suspended chandeliers → Composed of multiple cylinders that, when arranged together, resemble a floating fabric of light.

Canneté’s strength lies in the seamless fusion of brass and glass: the two materials integrate flawlessly, enhancing the purity of the design and the excellence of its craftsmanship
