3D Printing: Between Prototypes, Sculpture, and Tools
From Drawing to Prototype: everything begins with a drawing: an idea takes digital form and becomes tangible through rapid prototyping. At this stage, 3D printing allows us to check measurements and proportions, test samples, or create models for lost-wax or sand casting.
Between Mechanics and Sculpture: the strength of 3D printing lies in its versatility. It can range from highly precise mechanical elements to sculptural or organic shapes. Each prototype becomes a bridge between concept and metal: first the drawing, then the print, followed by casting and finally assembly.
Technologies and Materials: in our workshop, we use different approaches depending on the project such as filament printing and resin printing.
This variety allows us to move freely between forms, textures, and functions, overcoming the limits of traditional methods (such as wooden masters) and ensuring maximum flexibility.

Custom-made clamps, fixtures, and workshop aids become indispensable allies: they stabilize pieces, optimize processes, and make the work more efficient.
