There are projects that go beyond renovation; they become encounters. Encounters between ideas, sensitivities, and skills. The collaboration between Il Bronzetto and Studio G+ Architetti Firenze was born exactly this way: from a shared belief that light, material, and the memory of place can merge into a single, harmonious narrative.
For the renovation of a farmhouse in Gaiole in Chianti, architects Giuseppe Aresu and Giuseppe Argiolas invited our workshop to help shape brass details capable of conversing with the deepest identity of Tuscan architecture. The goal was not to decorate, but to create a material language that speaks to the house, its history, and the light that flows through it.
A partnership rooted in authenticity
The renovation of the farmhouse exemplifies how collaboration between designers and artisans can yield a result greater than the sum of its parts. It is the power of partnerships grounded in trust, mutual respect, and a shared vision.
For Studio G+ Architetti, what makes this synergy truly special is the chance to work with a living material, one that evolves:
brass that develops a patina, changes, and breathes with the house.
For Il Bronzetto, this collaboration reaffirms that craftsmanship finds its deepest meaning when it becomes part of a larger story — the story of homes, of the people who inhabit them, and of the hands that bring them to life.
